Our mission
The mission of Soul Work Retreats is to better connect you to yourself and more deeply understand yourself, warts and all. As human beings, we are flawed imperfect people who have been deeply wounded by our losses, attachments, traumas, and messages we’ve received. No one is perfect, and yet, accepting and making peace with our vulnerabilities is one of the most difficult parts of the human experience.
Our retreats are designed for safety, vulnerability, and connection with others. We remove the stigmas and pressures that keep us stuck and isolated in our pain, and bring you together with others who are looking to re-center and reset. You will learn to rewrite old stories, accept yourself, as you are, and recognize your own inner wisdom.
We welcome all female-identifying and non-binary folx.

Join us for our classic Soul Work Retreat!! We will spend the day together working through the pains and problems that keep us stuck- from perfectionism to self-judgements, from shame to your inner critic, we will address and acknowledge these pains while cultivating self compassion and authenticity that will free us from what keeps us stuck.

THE FACES BEHIND SOUL WORK
The women behind Soul Work Retreats are Christie and Haley. Our roles as supervisor and supervisee brought us together, but we bond over a shared love of female friendships, the Enneagram, and sharing a message of empowerment and self compassion to anyone who will listen.
