WELCOME!

Hi there, and welcome to my corner of the internet! My goal and passion for you is to become the healthiest, truest version of yourself. I hope to guide you in living the most authentic, honest, best life possible. A life free from self judgments, shame, and doubt.

I am deeply spiritual and curious about religion and spirituality in all its forms, including astrology, tarot, meditation, and psychedelic experiences. I’m fascinated by the role that spirituality and religion play in people’s lives. But I’ve also seen how religion can harm people and take away their instincts and self knowledge. I’m here to explore this with you and connect you back yourself and your inner knowing.

I’m passionate about the Enneagram and other spiritual tools that give us a better understanding of how we are wired and the strengths and weaknesses we hold. I’m here to explore and question the long held ideas about your identity, patterns, and beliefs.

About Christie Mikell, PsyD

Welcome! I'm Christie, a licensed clinical psychologist. My training and experience have taken a variety of directions over the last ten years.. I began my career in 2013, serving primarily children and families within community mental health and residential facilities.

After making the pivot to working in group practice, I began to specialize in maternal mental health, pregnancy, infertility, and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders (PMADS). I currently enjoy work with clients dealing with complex trauma, attachment struggles, toxic family systems, and spiritual/religious deconstruction.

In my free time, I love spending time with my husband and 5 year old daughter. I volunteer with my church and enjoy traveling, cheering for the Lions, reading, and trying new restaurants,

I stand with the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC community.
